Change Request Management - Change standard consistency check code

Dear All,

In my case, I use consistency check "Same User" to compare "Current processor" and "Developer".

When "Current processor" and "Developer" is the same people, status can be reach correct.

But standard "Same User" check when "Current processor" and "Developer" is the same people, status will be cancel.

So I need to change the condition form "same" to "different".

Can anyone know where I can adjust the ABAP code.
