ESS/MSS PRINT APPRAISAL DOCUMENT - BLANK PAGE

Hi gurus,

I am facing problem in printing appraisal document from SAP Portal (ESS/MSS). Everytime i click "print" button, print preview page is displayed with blank page.

My current SAP system information :

- SAP ERP system version: ECC6.0 Ehp7

- SAP Net weaver version: 7.4

As for the configuration, in print layout option, i have used STANDARD and SMARTFORM option but none of the form is displayed or downloaded when i click "print" button in the appraisal document. The weird part here is even the standard form can't be printed.

Aside from the configuration part, what do i need to check to fix this issue.

Kindly guide me to solve this issue
