Loading single record from psa to DSO in SAp BW 3.5

Hi Gurus,

i have gone through all the related discussions for this issue.

Background : We are having the SAP BW 3.5 System.

I have a datasource :2LIS_02_HDR ,2LIS-02_SCL - which loads data to DSO.

Infopackage is till to PSA via Process chain , and then further processing to DSO will be done by a Step in Process chain.

Issue: Here i have a Got a 1 Vendor in cube with -ve value and in DSO also i have same -ve value. Whereas I have correct value in PSA.

To correct this record, I'm thinking to delete the same record in DSO and Cube as well.But How do i load the single record from PSA to DSO ?CAn you please suggest the solution.

I will assign points for the useful tips.
