SAP CPM - Financial Plan created but not opening

Hi CPM team,

I have created a financial plan linked to master project using 'Create' button under Cross Project Views. Fin. plan is created but not visible in Fin. Plan Overview in PWS and only visible in Cross Project View.

In addition to this, I am not able to see 'Create' button in Fin. Plan Overview in PWS.

Please advise if you came across the similar issue. Also, I would appreciate if you could share UIBB configuration ID for Fin. Plan view.
