What SAP allow on BW PRD directly?

Hi

Normally we are developed our solution on BW DEV. then transport to QA then transport to PRD.

After go live I saw that different BW user do different things / task directly on BW PRD rather then DEV->QA->PRD.

Is there any standard by SAP I mean any Note or web link which mentioned What SAP allows on BW PRD directly?

Following task I saw that users do on BW PRD directly:

1) Develop BEx queries and workbooks.

2) Add field(s) on DataSource

3) Change transformation rules

4) Edit Standard table entries e.g. ROOSFIELDS, ROOSOURCE, RSRREPDIR etc.

5) Creating Process Chains

6) Creating Aggregates
