Webi Merge issue

I have 2 queries

Query 1 ->  GL    coa   value

GL     COA  Value

GL1    Cc     10

GL2    Cc      20

GL3    cc      20

Query 2 ->  GL    Hierarchy level1

GL1   hl1 

GL2   hl1 

GL3   hl2

In webi, I merged GL

Expected result is

hl1   30

hl2   20

However what I am getting is

hl1  10

hl1   20

hl2   20

I am using BICS connection , however I don't understand what I am missing here
