SOAP receiver - Connection Refused

Hi All,

I am able to connect to a global Web Service through SOAP UI using the WSDL => http://www.webservicex.net/globalweather.asmx?WSDL

I wanted to test this same Web Service using SAP PI. So I have created a SOAP to SOAP synchronous scenario with the

SOAP URL : http://www.webservicex.com/globalweather.asmx

SOAP action : http://www.webserviceX.NET/GetCitiesByCountry

as per WSDL.

When I tested this scenario, I am getting the below error in the reciver channel:

SOAP: Call failed: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused (port 80 to address xxx.xx.x.xxx(xxx.xx.x.xxx.ip.secureserver.net)) in receiver SOAP channel

I kindly request you to help me in solving this issue.
