SAP PP and HCM for moving worker

Dear all,

There is some questions that I wanna ask:

1.I want to set personnel ID (SAP HCM) to work center (SAP PP) for moving worker. Moving worker is worker who can work in different operation (work center) based on condition. How can I set that in standard SAP?

2. In standard SAP for actual confirmation  I can choose personnel ID every 1 confirmation (Using Tcode CO11N) .But in standard I just can choose 1 personnel ID for every 1 confirmation. How can I choose many personnel Id for 1 confirmation ?

3.How can I calculate daily insentive for moving worker using standard SAP?
