Plant Maintenance Notification (IW21) by plant

Is there a way to configure Plant Maintenance Notification that controls the Catalogue Codes so that there are managed at Plant level (T001W)?

I understand that table TQ80 is the notification table and there is a field in that table RBNR which controls the catalogue types (T325C) inspection catalogue groups (QPGR) and catalogue codes (QPCD).

Is there a way to determine from selecting a Notification Type and restricting the information purely for a plant (T001W)?
