WebI Restful SDK dataset row limit

We are trying to retrieve a WebI report from a document that is saved on BI LaunchPad.  The WebI report contains 700 000 rows.  We are pulling the data using the following call

GET:

https://vmboserver:6443/biprws/raylight/v1/documents/1122338/reports/1/elements/101/dataset

When we filter the report to 100 rows and save the report, we can the result set from the Restful call.

When we remove the filter to have all the rows (700 000), we get 999 Internal Error...

We tried to find documentation on the row limit but can't seem to find any besides the row limit on the Universe, but that we removed it (uncheck).

Any links or documentation would be appreciated.
