how to create idocs via bapi?

Dear every one:

     I have do the things according to the link: Making BDBG Easy (Generate ALE Interface for BAPI)

Here is the result:

also,I have add bapi in bd64:

and generate the partner profile,and I checked we20. The others sm59,we21,it's ok,other idocs have generated.

The problem is when I add new Entries in t_code S_BCE_68000174,I can not see any idoc in we05.

Please give me some advise,thank you!
